While visiting Mobile Alabama for 2025 Clotilda Landing Events, my cousin gave me a praline from Katie’s Cookies and Candies. I took a bite of the praline and it was delicious so I ordered some pralines, fudge, and pecan log cookies to take back to California. When I returned to California, I gave the pralines and fudge to family members and kept the pecan log cookies because I am not a candy person. When I bit into the pecan log cookie…Mmm, it was incredibly scrumptious!! The cookie was not too sweet, the flavor was amazing, and it was the perfect compliment to a cup of morning coffee!
